The Reach and The Fracture

These Worlds, while once identical, have drifted far apart over the Millennia.

While their Similarities remain, their Differences have grown vast.

A Gateway to Another Realm

You May Journey between these lands freely after first constructing a portal of pure amethyst, and anchoring the connection to the other side with an ingot forged in the deepest inferno.

While Split Fates can be played with an entirely unmodified Client, we recommend Installing either Sodium or Optifine, as The Fracture can be pretty intensive on the vanilla renderer.

This is where you will begin. The Reach is a temperate, familiar world, with waters that still run clear.

While civilization thrives and life continues to bustle, the inhabitants unknowingly push it ever closer to collapse.

A Welcoming Hospitality

During your Journey You’ll encounter plenty of friendly faces, places, settlements, and lean-tos. But if i were you, I’d take a look at the Tavern’s found here in the Reach. You never know where their tales of adventurers’ past might take you.

Destructive Greed and Empire

Not all is well in the Reach However, Pillager outposts have grown larger in recent years, and the illagers’ new found greed has given rise to enormous mining outposts leaving the land bare, stripped of resources. Rare materials are harder to come by, only found in caches hidden away, far and wide.

Living Life on Hard Mode

In Parallel to the Fracture’s Aggressive Landscape, Monsters here are far more Formidable than those of the Reach.
In Addition you will also receive 2x the experience from most sources.

The Fracture, free from plunder, features Substantially Larger ore deposits ripe for the taking.

The Nether here is equally warped, a labyrinth of elevated risk and necessary rewards, you will need to explore this twisted version of the Nether to find your way forward.
